Enjoy a revitalising New Year escape as you explore and create greater balance in your life and wellbeing, setting the foundations for your New Year and new start.

Two Day Retreat

Tucked away in 35 acres, enjoy a warm welcome from the team at Wildhive.

This retreat will allow you a new balance in life and wellbeing, time connecting with nature, strategies for balance, warm fires/warm hearts, cosy rooms and fresh seasonal flavours. The uniquely designed bedrooms and woodland Hives offer homely comfort after time spent exploring local landscapes and your own inner self. And with a bright and airy restaurant serving up fresh, seasonal flavours, as well as private spaces and the tranquil Coach House, this is the perfect place to indulge, explore and unwind.

Amongst this comfort Gavin will call on Nature, Yoga, Mindfulness, Breathwork and Sound along with workshops journeying into your unique self, recreating balance in your life and your wellbeing. A chance to reconnect with nature and re-discover YOU as you rise in to 2025.

 

Included in your Retreat

Gavin is an experienced Yoga teacher and Atavi Well-Life Coach and has featured in Sunday Times and Women’s Health Magazine. Gavin and his co-hosts will lead you on two full days of escape and immersion exploring, identifying and addressing imbalance in your life and offering tools and strategies to enable you to continue your journey with enhanced wellbeing and greater clarity in your intentions.

Your 2 days escape will include 1 night and is fully catered, enabling you to indulge and enjoy the home comforts and warmth of Wildhive with its light filled restaurant, celebrating local seasonal food.

All experiences are optional, however they form an integral part of your journey and the flow of the Retreat, and each is designed to help you to get the most from your escape.

You will also be required to have suitable outdoor clothing including waterproof jacket & trousers as well as hats, layers, water bottle, day sack and suitable footwear for a winter walk. Spare jackets will be available.

The Coach House features a yoga studio and two treatment rooms offering massages, facials and hand/feet treatments plus an interactive gym. Treatments can be arranged for an additional charge and subject to availability.

• Full amount required upon booking
• Need to cancel? Cancel up to one month prior to the arrival date and you can either reschedule your booking or receive a refund of 50%. Any cancellations within a month of the Retreat will not be refunded.
• If, for any reason we have to cancel the Retreat, you may transfer your payment to a future date or request a full refund.

Contraindications
Gavin is a certified yoga teacher and draws on his teaching and experience to encourage a safe practice. However Yoga and breathwork require physical exertion and control and with this there is inevitable risk. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in the Yoga Classes and Workshops.
