Midsummer Day
Yoga & Fire Celebration
Wednesday 21st June ~ from 7.00pm
Our resident yoga instructor Gavin is adding an extra class this week to celebrate International Yoga Day. This is a wonderful opportunity for guests and non-residents to join Gavin, outside on the lawn, on what is the longest day of the year.
Later, Sarah, who some of you may know through Sound Therapy treatments at Callow Hall, will be hosting a Fire Celebration to mark the Summer Solstice and she looks forward to welcoming guests for an informative and fun event.
INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
To celebrate International Yoga Day, our resident yoga instructor, Gavin, will be hosting a Yoga class on the lawn at 7pm. You are in safe hands with Gavin, who will guide all abilities from beginners through to those who regularly practice. Balancing mind, body and spirit in a relaxed and non-judgemental setting, outdoors, connecting with nature.
Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing, suitable for outdoors
£15 per person ~ limited spaces (age 16 and above)
SUMMER SOLSTICE
At approximately 9pm, as the light begins to fade, join Sarah in the woods to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a Fire Celebration. Gather round the fire where Sarah will share her knowledge on the origins and traditions of the Solstice and invite you to toast a marshmallow or two. No charge but please book your space below.
If you are not already booked in, why not stay the night?
