Read on to find out more.
Mam Tor
Perfect for both seasoned ramblers and hiking newbies, on a clear day this beautiful peak boasts breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside, but we think that it’s even better when the weather takes a turn.
Chrome Hill
Taking a little bit of a steeper route, this view might not be as accessible for everyone, but the climb is definitely worth it if you do decide to tackle it. And the best part? You’re sure to get a fantastic shot out over the spectacular Dragon’s Back.
The Roaches
This much-loved ridge is a favourite of hikers, climbers and photographers who come from across the country to reach the summit. The peak is steeped in myth and legend, including a mermaid hidden in the Doxey Pool.
Winnats Pass
Well worth an early morning hike, a sunrise at Winnats Pass is definitely one to add to your list of things to do during your stay. This hill is just outside of Castleton and the parking space at the bottom means you can drive to it, too.
Castleton
The Peak District is full of quaint chocolate box villages that sit just as beautifully on the feed as the views from the Peaks. Just a short walk from Winnats Pass, the collection of stone buildings at Castleton light up as the sun hits them.
Chatsworth
This iconic stately home has been the backdrop for films including Pride and Prejudice and The Duchess, so it’s no surprise that it’s one of the best places to get a beautiful shot for your feed.
