Barre Therapy
Come and experience Barre at Wildhive in a relaxed and intimate setting.
A 60 minute guided journey in restorative movement designed to take you from deep breath and pelvic core work, flowing through a series of high-intensity, yet low-impact exercises at the barre, coming to a state of tranquility after a deeply meditative floor stretch session.
You emerge balanced, rejuvenated, harmonious, stronger in mind and body. This session is artfully choreographed with carefully curated music to change the way you think, feel and move.
What is Barre?
Barre is a full-body workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength conditioning.
For anyone looking to improve balance, posture, alignment, core strength and stamina - the perfect way to build muscle while increasing your flexibility and mobility with no need for prior dance experience.
Also, for anyone wanting to access deep emotion, as the particular focus on hips and hip flexors can help with trauma release.
The Barre “Buzz” (Benefits):
